Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to private consumers' purchase of goods in AceZone's webshop. It is not possible to give in VAT/CVR. numbers in the webshop. If you wish to shop on behalf of a business, please contact us on support@acezone.io. If you place an order in the web shop on behalf of a business within the EU, you are responsible for claiming the VAT, not AceZone.

Purchase agreements are contracted in English and are legally binding when you receive an order confirmation. All prices and offers on the web shop are without recourse.

PAYMENT
We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, Dankort, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Maestro, PayPal, MobilePay, Amex, UnionPay, Visa Electron, and ViaBill. We do not charge credit card fees. The amount will, in some cases be reserved but, not be charged until the goods have been shipped.

If you have ordered several goods and one of them is in back order, the payment for these goods will be charged on the date of the shipment.

PRICES
You can choose to have our prices shown in your local currency, if we support it, else prices will be shown in EUR. The prices include 25 % VAT as we’re a Danish company. 

We provide free shipping to Europe and the US. See ‘Delivery’ section for more information regarding delivery & freight costs.

COURSE OF ORDER
Our web shop works in the following way:

You collect the wanted goods in the basket by clicking the button "Add to Cart" (You find the button under each product). When you have collected the goods you want to purchase, click "My bag" (the button is at the top right of the page). Subsequently, a window of your bag containing your wanted goods is opened. Here you can click “go to safe checkout”. You must check off the box “I accept AceZones terms & conditions” before you can go further to check out. We recommend you read the terms and conditions. Please note, if you wish to change the number of products (add/remove) you will have to go back, change “my bag” and then accept the terms and conditions once more. All information you have already typed in, will be saved, so you don’t have to redo it. If you wish to delete the information already typed in – read how to in our Cookie Policy.

After clicking on “Go to safe checkout” you will be forwarded to our checkout page. Here you can type your name, address, phone number and email for the delivery (you can choose to sign up for our newsletter, when typing in your email. This is not mandatory.) You have the possibility to save your information for a fast check out next time you shop at our webshop. By clicking on this check field, you accept us saving your information cf. our Privacy Policy. At any time, you can email us and have us delete your information on support@acezone.io. 

After filling in your information shipping method and options will be shown. Here you can choose your preferred delivery method. (Please note, large quantities of products may limit the choice of delivery method due to special carriers.) After you have chosen your delivery method, the total price of your order will be shown on the right side of the screen right under the order summary.

After sorting shipping methods you can review all your information and you can choose your preferred payment option. After clicking “Pay now” you will in some cases be redirected to a secure payment window with your chosen payment. When this is done, you will be redirected back to our success page where you can review your receipt. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after via email. You can print out the receipt by using the print function of your computer. The purpose of this receipt is solely to give you transparency and documentation for receiving your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. A purchase agreement is finalised when the completion of the order is confirmed in another email (order confirmation). We keep the receipts and order confirmation (purchase agreements) to administrate your order efficiently – cf. our Privacy Policy.

RIGHTS
All rights to the brand ”AceZone” are owned by AceZone ApS. It is not allowed to use AceZone’s brands without explicit consent. You can contact AceZone by email to get acquiescence. The copyright for the design of the website as well as texts and images belong to AceZone. However, the texts may be reproduced with proper references. Furthermore, it is allowed to link to all material on this website. AceZone has all the IP rights of the products shown on the website. Any production, marketing or sale of replicas of the products is considered a violation of AceZone’s immaterial rights.
