You can choose to have our prices shown in your local currency, if we support it, else prices will be shown in EUR. The prices include 25 % VAT as we’re a Danish company.

There can be various reasons why you card might be rejected:

Expired card: Please check if your card has surpassed the expiry date.

Credit limit reached: If in doubt whether your card has exceeded its credit limit, please contact your bank.

Incorrect payment details: Please double-check that you have filled all the required fields correctly.

Orders & shipping

We offer free delivery to all of Europe and the US.

At AceZone, we offer shipping of our products to Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping charges may occur when shipping to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled at one of our 3 warehouses in Denmark, United States and United Kingdom, within 1-3 business days.

After your purchase and submitted delivery address, it is not possible to change your shipping address. The reason for this is that your order is immediately sent to our distribution centre and can no longer be changed in our system. Should it happen that your delivery can not be delivered at your submitted address, the purchase will be returned to the distribution centre.

AceZone is responsible for the risk of damaged deliveries during transportation until the point when you or someone appointed by you have taken physical possession of the goods.

In case the delivery appears damaged, we ask you to receive it with reservation. If the contents are damaged, please contact customer service at support@acezone.io.

In case you're not satisfied with a product purchased from AceZone.io we offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee, valid from the date of delivery. The refund includes the total on your receipt only and does not include the cost of shipping the order back.

To return a product delivered to you within the last 30 days:

1. Package the headset, including all packaging and accessories in a shipping box

2. Seal the shipping box with tape

3. Book and print a return label (you may pick any courier which ships directly to our office address) and tape it securely to the face of the shipping package. Please address it to:

4. Hand in the package for return at your local return access point/shop

5. Inform us through our contact form and let us know that the return is on it's way, the reason for return, the name used at purchase + your order number (#xxxx).

6. As soon as we have received and processed your return we will initiate the refund and you will be notified.
