For four years, Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut has competed with unreleased AceZone IEMs, collecting well over 20 MVP awards and trophies along the way. His early testing and direct feedback helped shape the sound of STAGE-01. We also consulted five-time Major winner Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen during early development.

PRECISE POSITIONAL AUDIO
STAGE-01 pairs a custom 10 mm LCP dynamic driver with a balanced armature for mid-to-high frequency detail. Combined with AceZone’s signature esports tuning, the hybrid configuration brings footsteps, reloads and positional cues into focus.
The factory tuning keeps bass controlled to highlight the information you rely on in competitive FPS games. BLACKBOX-01 completes the pairing with dedicated, quality digital-to-analogue conversion and onboard digital signal processing, unlocking full IEM customization and potential.
CONTROL THE CUES
Gunshots and explosions in CS2 can bury the quieter cues that tell you what happens next.
Blast Guard uses selective compression to give you control over loud effects and the subtle information underneath them, so you can hear everything in-game.
- “Lower the Loud” reduces gunshots and explosions while leaving footsteps and other subtle cues untouched, decreasing brain fatigue over long sessions.
- “Footstep Enhancer” raises footsteps and subtle cues without changing the intensity of gunshots and explosions - if you never want to miss a sound cue again.

TOURNAMENT PLAY
Getting ready for a LAN with restrictions on Bluetooth devices? The bundle includes BLACKBOX-01’s dedicated Tournament Mode, giving you a quick way to disable all Bluetooth connections and discoverability to comply with tournament rules.
Double-click the front button to activate the mode. A green LED gives you and tournament admins clear visual confirmation, while your saved settings stay active. Configure your sound before entering Tournament Mode, then double-click again when you want to reconnect to the app.
Individually numbered
BLACKBOX-01 is handmade and individually numbered. Limited to a total production run of just 1,000 units. Each carries its own unique number, marking its place in a limited edition of tournament-grade, esports audio hardware.
PERFECT SEAL
A good seal is key to getting the full performance from your IEMs. STAGE-01 includes two ear-tip styles in S / M / L sizes to help you find a secure, comfortable fit and reduce surrounding noise through passive isolation.
The black silicone tips favour treble and vocal clarity. The grey foam tips offer a balanced sound with improved 3D imaging and extra noise-isolation. Try both styles and experiment with sizes, including different sizes for each ear, to find your preferred fit and sound.
BLUE BRAIDED CABLE
The 1.6 m braided cable gives you extra reach between STAGE-01 and BLACKBOX-01, with reinforced over-ear sections for a secure fit. Four-core oxygen-free copper construction and a durable, thick outer coating are built to last.
Detachable 0.78 mm two-pin connectors make the cable easy to replace before your next session or your next big match. The 3.5 mm plug connects directly to BLACKBOX-01’s headphone output.

AceZone’s audio approach grew from the demands of professional esports. Our A-Live stage headset has been used at events run by organisers including PGL, ESL and BLAST, where critical game cues and clear communication matter under pressure.
The ZywOo Stage Setup brings that esports focus to an in-ear setup. BLACKBOX-01 shares its DSP platform with A-Spire Wireless, combining dedicated hardware processing, onboard settings and Tournament Mode with STAGE-01’s hybrid-driver configuration and esports tuning.
